Where can I find a list of bands that need biographies? Or should I just click around until I find a band that needs one?

Not sure... the ZART has a few spare, but many of them have little information to go on, so it's not so easy.

There isn't a list of bands without bios, as far as I am aware, so you'll have to search.  Go for bands you've never heard of from obscure countries. LOL
