Yes,try Unexpect.They are similar to SGM......but better.

I listened to their Myspace, I don't think they're very comparable. They're much more like Maudlin of the Well or a Mr Bungle type thing but drawing primarily from different styles of metal. SGM seem to be more interested in creating their own, rock-based sound (with variations, of course, but not suddenly shifting into an eastern violin thing and then a gothic cathedral organ--at least that's what I've gotten so far, but I am not extremely familiar with them) that occasionally uses metal as a change. I think is reflected by that Unexpect's number one friend is Estradasphere, and SGM's is Faun Fables.
And Fantomas is just plain annoying. ;-)

I saw them in concert a few weeks ago. Brilliant! they were so much fun even with the small crowd they attracted.


Go see them if you get a chance.
