yeah... I can't think of anyone else awesome enough to join us though...

but when we do officially start out, we should take the homeless dragon out for a few drinks before we jump him, because the first rule of robbing the homeless is that drunk hobos are easier to rob than sober ones who have knives

maybe we should bring a small, two-headed dwarf with us for good luck

yeah we would need a beard net... I lost mine when I tried to catch a real woman with it.

I guess for tryouts we could have people list their best dragon hunting qualities or create some sort of dragon hunting quiz to see if anyone knows their stuff

or we could have anyone interested gang up on a semi-inebriated dragon and the survivors could join the hunting party

Ok, lets try and get a discussion going here that isn't about dragons

Has anyone had a 'supernatural' experience they would like to share?? Seeing dragons doesn't count by the way. I thknk all prog fans are prone to that..

Does coming round after a self hypnosis session & seeing my recently deceased father sitting on the bed count?

That must have been quite a shock! I would say that does count Jim!

Shortly after my father died I had the only, what I have since regarded as, supernatural experience in my life. It was early February 1986. My father had died of Cancer, in hospital on January 26th. I was sitting in the kitchen with my friend. It was early evening and it was lightly snowing outside. There was not a breath of wind so the snow was falling vertically and settling on the driveway and lawn. At about 6:30pm, there were three loud knocks at the front door. I made a comment to my friend like 'Why dont they just kick the door in and be done with it' No more than ten seconds later I answered the front door. No one there. Even more strange no footprints in the thin blanket of snow on the drive. Seconds later there was three loud bangs on the living room window. My mum jumped out of her chair and pulled the curtains open. The lounge window looked out over the snow covered front lawn. Again, no foot prints. I stood there baffled for a few moments, then left the house and walked all round the outside of it. There was no sign at all of anyone. Unless someone had perfected levitation, followed by some act of teleportation, or the ability to make themselves invisible, this incident remains unexplained.

Confused though I was, it wasn't until my mum said to me that my dad had jokingly told her, a week before he died, that he would pay her a last visit if she wanted him to, because he would love to see the old house one more time.

Part of me likes to think it was dad saying hello, but that didn't stop me sh!tting bricks the next time I was home alone!

What about UFO's, do they count as supernatural?
If so, just to let you know there are LOADS of those weird balls of light in the sky above the Adriatic sea.

Personally, I don't think they're aliens return back to Andromeda after a successful vivisection of surprised farmer's wife, but those light are really weird, and very fast.
