Howdy,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galexia my name is Kenneth Joseph Spaziani of the progressive industrial metal band 'Galexia'. Currently finishing work on my self-titled album which I am negotiations with a few big name artists to contribute vocals. I currently play all the instruments and sing (Aside from 1 vocal contribution so far from Baden of Dead As Yesterday) and a Few Keyboard solos from Frank Sacramone of the prog metal band Buschwhack. Arjen Lucassen of Ayreon expressed his interest in singing on a song or two for the album when I contacted him, so I am still negotiating with his manager about the financial part. Anyway, if theyre is any Male or Female vocalists interested in contributing some vocals for the album, and have the ability to record in studio or in very high quality I'd love to have you and hear what you have to offer. I'll post two unfinished tracks from the upcoming album =] http://www.accelerated-e.com/Galexia/EpicSong.mp3 http://www.accelerated-e.com/Galexia/RoseofThorns.mp3 Post a reply here as I will be refreshing it every once in awhile... E-mail - [email protected] AIM - Evil Wind Kun Also, heres the album art for anyone curious... |

I just sent a friend requset to your Galexia myspace page. I am very impressed by 'Rose Thorns' and the epic song, I also had a listen to the myspace samples and am amazed at how good and varried they are! It's clear that you're quite good at sound production as well as songwriting and multiple instruments.
I am interested, but I doubt I can record in high enough quality to contribute... plus there's the added fact that I'm a nobody, unlike Arjen Lucassen. But you can hear what I sound like and contact me through the Sonolumina page, http://www.myspace.com/sonolumina, or just send me a message through progarchives, if you do end up being interested. The two recordings at the top of the list are the most recent. I do all the recordings at home, but am rather new at mixing. From what I'm seeing on the Accelerated E thread on your album, it seems like you're looking for big names, which I certainly am not. :P I don't even have my own cd out yet, or a band put together for it. From the wiki, it looks like this album is due to come out in a month or so. I am wondering, what prompted you to look for vocalists on progarchives now? |

Hmm I may have to change that wiki myself if someone else doesn't, I pushed back the release date when I decided to keep re-working on the songs.. I've really turned into a perfectionist on the mixes and music itself and I want it to be something amazingly unique when its released. I'll take a listen now mate!
