Thanks everyone, I really enjoyed this intervlew.  I hope everyone is enjoying the new record, I'm really proud of it.

I see a review here today that seems to have phenomenally missed the point, accusing us of making the record to appeal to 15 year olds - Joey, perhaps you should introduce an option for artists to respond to a review?  No wait, I'd be on here all day long!

Long time lurker, new time poster here.

Thank you for the fantastic interview, it was really interesting. I'd like to thank Steve and the whole band for the fantastic new record. I got it a week and half ago and been playing it almost non-stop since then. It took a few listens to really grow on me but now I can't get enough of it. The music is fantastic and I really like FOABP's theme, it carries a real meaning and even though it's lyrically more straightforward and down-to-earth than your previous albums, there's so much to pick up. I'm really happy how fresh it sounds as well. It's truly something to be proud of!

Thank you again Steve and rest of Porcupine Tree, your music really means a lot to me and I'm really glad you guys have been around all these years, always innovating and impressing with your wonderful music.

On a random note, I hope the next Porcupine Tree album will incorporate more post-rock/ambient/electronica elements. And even more new instruments. Silly comments aside, I'll be eager to see where you take your music next.

good to have you on the list, maestro. you have contributed greatly to the
fact that most of us here have regained their belief in MODERN music

So I remember Steve saying in an interview once that he wasn't interested in revisiting musical ideas he's already done. I'm guessing if he really wants to do this PT might wanna try making a bad album
