Purple and Green compliment each other rather nicely, actually. Purple is definitely my favourite. VdGG use purple a lot on their album covers.

And the Canadian one too (we follow English spelling conventions, despite having the US as a neighbour).
My fave colour is blue, followed by green.
Just bought a new black car though....
