Topic: Yes vs. Genesis Elimination Tourney 5th ROUND! Posted: April 13 2007 at 22:51 |
Ok... let's continue this elimination tournament... It's getting harder, don't you think?... As you know this time you have to choose your favourite album between Yes and Genesis. The tourney started with their debut albums and will stop with their late 70's/early 80's albums. Every round will face the next studio album of both discographies and you have to choose your favourite...
So let's vote. I don't know what I'll do at the end of the 10th poll but let's enjoy this musical battle...
Best regards from Chile... (This round will close next monday)
History of Elimination:
YES Yes vs. GENESIS From Genesis to Revelation
YES Time and a Word vs. GENESIS Trespass
YES The Yes Album vs. GENESIS Nursery Cryme
YES Fragile vs. GENESIS Foxtrot

Despite being always described as "baroque", CTTE is a really "concise" and straight album, quite modern sounding. After 35 years it still shines brightly.
