I purposely chose that pic of her for my sig as it's one of the few I've ever seen where she looks at all normal and conventional. People won't click on a pic that looks like a psycho Tongue

ClapThumbs%20UpIt's really good to met someone who appreciates the work of Diamanda... she's really great!!!

Really REALLY great. I'm seeing her live for the first time next month, I seriously cannot wait. She's the most powerful music artist I've ever discovered, by a mile. Usually, a single word from her mouth is more expressive/emotional/passionate than anything most bands that attempt to convey emotion can achieve in their entire recorded career.

I did argue her case for her to be added to PA here - http://www.progarchives.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=29448  but the only reply I got to my comments was something about her damn appearance Ermm

Sorry Mickey

I love 4001's ... *looks to see Raff has gone to bed*  A real chick magnet LOLLOLWink

It says a man with taste... and with money LOLOuchWink

The bass player in my old band had a Ricky 4001 / Blonde Stereo, Draaaawl / slavver, Grrr. He sold it and bought a Music Man bass because I had a Music Man Stingray MkI lead, Pre - Ernie Ball.
He must have been mad. The sound of the 4001 and the Stingray Mk1 conbined was amazing! Really, really fantastic and dare I say it...original.When he got the Musicman bass, the whole thing sounded average.

Hrrrumph!

Kate Bush is mightly fine.  Also a big Tori Amos fan.  Sarah McLachlan is quite nice, though more progressive oriented on her first albums.  No one's mentioned Chloe Alper of Pure Reason Revolution.  The band pic on this site doesn't do her justice.  Check out the band's live clips on You Tube.  You'll also understand why I am nicknaming them Pure Bedhead Revolution.LOL
Sonja Kristina, Annie Haslam, Enya, Sally Oldfield, Sterolab's Letitia Sadier...
I haven't seen the Resident's Molly Harvey out of disguise, but she has a really sweet voice.

I don't know, I found it through an image research on Google with the string "Vampyroteuthis Infernalis" (which is the name of this small octopus). I've just read a philosophical treaty on it... not willingly, but I've found it pretty interesting
