Would my potential answer be "no I do not have a snake" if that is what a snake is?

If I classify as a potential answer to the question any answer that has a relatively high chance of following the question in question, isn't it true that both "no I do not have a snake" and "yes I jolly well do have a snake" are potential answers?

Have you just confused me with an overly long statement that turns out to be a question in the end?

In order to know if I've confused you with an overly long statement that turns out to be a question in the end, wouldn't I have to be able to access your mind to find out if you're in a state of confusement and if that state of confusement is the direct consequence of my overly long statement that turns out to be a question in the end?

If they like chess, don't they need two kings?
