Look, I don't drive. Okay? For various personal reasons. Most of them have to do with laziness and physical cowardice etc., but I also like to cite the fact that Ian never, never, never took and/or passed a driver's ed test.

HOWEVER, the dear lads (NOT just Ian, but the acoustical get up) are going to be playing in about half a year in the San Fernando Valley. For those of you unfamilair with the geography of my neck 'o the woods, I would have to start walking now to reach my eventual goal.

Of course, my relations are using this as a prime example to pressure me into getting a license. Naturally they want free rides.

But THEIR opinion isn't important to me; the opinions of people who live across the ocean that I'll never meet IS. So, should I be drive-less, like an Ian, or drive for the Ian?

fine..

I don't drive either, but when I lived in L.A. and I went to a show (I saw Rush at the Forum in 86) I took good ole RTD. But I'm guessing it doesn't go to San Fernando..?

I'm more interesting in what could happen in the back seat than the front.

That would really depend on what the crap an RTD is...

...Sir, we haven't used the Red Car since the 30's. We have the Big Blue Bus now, and Orange Metro thingys.

Although transit does seem mystically familair...?
