1) The Flower Kings (My second favourite all-time band, behind Genesis)
2) Porcupine Tree
3) Marillion
4) Pendragon
5) Glass Hammer
 
With honourable mentions to: RPWL, Mostly Autumn, Satellite and Saens.
 
Compare these to my top five '70s bands:
 
1) Genesis
2) Rush
3) Yes
4) 10cc
5) Pink Floyd
 
And, straddling both eras I would have to include Kaipa. Clap
