How to rate an album on PROGARCHIVES for the second time? Is it possible???

no, why would you?

collaborators and reviewers can normally edit their reviews, in a sense including the change of a rating (if mood changes so suddenly). lately I think "normal" reviewers can do something like that too...

If not, you can ask a change in this way...

but double-ratings, as a policy, is a "no-no".
