(Man, I've got to learn to not chew gum while people are taking pictures...)

Anyway, thanks Lynn.  I might be in England in Oct. or Nov.  It depends on certain people's schedules right now.  But Dave Kilminster will be here in the States Oct thru Dec. playing with Keith Emerson's band on the Scorpions tour.  I may go to some of those shows.. as long as I don't have to sit thru the Scorpions...

Ahh yes I remember John telling me about the broken keyboard ;o) Sadly I never got to see any of the Qango gigs.

It seems you do know my hero and Greenslade are amazing with Dave and John on keyboards together, sadly they have not gigged in a while but I'm still hoping they can get it together soon.

In the meantime John is playing 3 solo gigs supporting a new Super Tramp tribute band called the Logical Trampers. The gigs are in Ilford, Bristol and Leeds so if any of you live near these areas, I would be only too pleased to pass on the details.

I thought it was the same guy... John Young is the one who played keyboard with Qango...  He's the one who Keith Emerson snuck on stage to replace... and gave Carl Palmer a little scare...  I understand Keith broke his keyboard also....

Actually I always thought Dave Kilminster was the cutest in Quango.  Actually I love him as long as he's not singing "Lucky Man"... and he knows it...

Me & Dave Kilminster...

Well I think Women are sometimes more open minded than blokes in some respects!!

Yes, we love some prog music but not exclusively so perhaps we don't enthuse about it as much as you fellas.

I love some kinds of prog but it has to be melodic and have some structure to it. Early Genesis is wonderful and I absolutley love the Strawbs, have any of you ever caught any of their acoustic shows? There is a brilliant new British prog/rock band called Strangefish who are great musicians and performers.

My favourite artist is John Young whose music can be described as having prog influences (well he used to be in Asia at one stage and also in the Fish band). And yes girls he is gorgeous

Yea.. another girl... but I was right there with you until you said... you thought Todd Rundgren is hot... and even tho I'm scratching my head... I'm still there for you if you want to discuss...hehe.

I'll tell you what I know.. I've met him a couple of times, I knew his wife Bebe pretty well when we were younger... and I've even been to his house in Woodstock many years ago... but I never found him in the least bit attractive...

but to each their own...

Its true that at most prog concerts, the guys way out number the girls.. Recently at Keith Emerson's shows in NYC.. and Jersey.. the line for the men's room was so long, and the girls none.. so they were letting guys into the girls room... very strange.

Last year at the King Crimson show here.. I had some guy backstage propose to me cause he said he'd been looking for a girl who liked KC all his life... (if he's talking about post 70s KC... I'm sure it has been really difficult, hehehehe)

A few years ago, Bob Fripp gave a concert of his own special music.. at the Wintergarden here in NYC...and I was the only one of our friends who showed up... I showed up late and sat on the excalator just above the stage... and he came off the stage and up the escalator to me and said "Thanks for coming... and I mean that".. and he hugged me.  Then he said..."You're wearing a dress... and its pink"...yeh, a bit unusual for me.. I was wondering how he spotted me...

Chicks 'n Prog , not such a common thing...

at gigs the guys always out number the girls..grr..

i like any good music, from Alice cooper to Zappa..i love prog no matter how diverse. nothing like it and for me its such a  passionate subject i feel strongly about

well two of my pals danielle & Louise love Mostly Autumn and good old fashioned rock..me and louise have seen mostly autumn, ozrics, hawkwind and the muffin men together...me n dani have seen mostly autumn and steve howe..im gently introducing them to the wonderful world of prog..

thats me...      <<me...

now the guy i find totally hot in the music world is mr Todd Rundgren.   <<delicious Todd...OOoolala...F.I.N.E!!

According to the missus, Frank Dunnery outdishes Greg Lake

Mind you, she hasn't seen him for about 16 yrs!

Ah well, I won't be the one to shatter her memory!

Ohhh.. evidently your wife hasn't seen either up close and personal like.  Lets say, Greg Lake has something worth writing home about...besides those extremely cute chubby cheeks...During the early years, he could even give David Cassidy a run for his money..

Though she's never met Greg, Francis payed more than a passing interest in her at a couple of gigs (my wife's a babe!). Luckily for me she only has eyes for a handsome young bassist, name of m.d.r.LOL
