that may be so in Brazil; in Cologne carnival starts on thursday. the street carnival, by the way, which is only the most visible part of it. the session carnival starts on Nov 11th at 11:11 am each year. no-one celebrates carnival as long as the inhabitants of Cologne. not for nothing it is called "the 5th season" here

Do Germans commemorate Armistice Day, to remember the dead of the Great War?? That's what happens all around Britain at 11.11 am on Nov 11th... |
first of all; 11/11 is only the beginning of carnival in a certain area
of Germany, the Rhineland. and second, that date was chosen because
11/11 is considered to be a "mad" number and carnival is considered to be the "mad season"

let's just stay above the moral melee prefer the sink to the gutter keep our sand-castle virtues content to be a doer as well as a thinker, prefer lifting our pen rather than un-sheath our sword

Doubt it, I've never actually had an insurance claim against my personal insurance. (I have had one on the work's policy). Both the Bike and the Car are on maximum NCD.
Not bad for 24 years driving.
(Stand by for reports of a written off car in the next few weeks ).
