GRRRRR!!!!

Feel like what the VR-ers commonly call a "noob"......

I have hosted a pic on my photo-bucket at "avatar" size (ie VERY SMALL) but when I paste the code into my profile..... my signature pic ends up the size of a HOUSE!
Why is this??? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for your help guys!

What you see on photobucket is the thumbnail of the picture, ya n00b. Try resizing it in Paint, then hosting it again

That's about right. LOL

Hang on, you're listening to Scarsick, that makes ALL your comments null and void. Wink

I didn't even think you liked PoS.

Well most of the time it's fine, but yesterday it posted something smaller than normal.

Hold on, I'll see if I can get it to do it again:

Both were made using the Print Screen button and pasted into Paint and then saved and uploaded.

I have been using photobucket for about 4 years....... I know on the album page that it the thumbnail, I'm not that much of a noob!!!
But if you edit and resize, that usually does the job, it's certainly worked in the past, I resized the image to avatar size....... and stuck it on to another forum and it stayed that size...... when I try to paste it here it GROWS!!!

I will fiddle about..... I just thought maybe one of you guys would say "Aaah....." and it was something stupid I was missing!!!

Maybe you are not all such geeks after all!!!!

Hmmm, I think you turned off your signature when posting your last message, as your image shows fine in your first one.

I've noticed P.A. has been viewing avatars really large when I copy and paste them into the forum recently and it never used too... also, some album covers are showing large too when I visit an album page.  Very odd.
