I was a huge Todd fan before Utopia (and by this I mean the RA and beyond phase), and I gotta admit, I was disappointed by Utopia; it was a drop in quality for Todd. Not really serious prog...Not bad of course, I liked Ra and Oops for the hooks and humor, but after that, I don't know, it's not really worth repeated listenings...
