   I tried to get this but it doesn't work. I don't know how to set it up for gmail. Help!

	I tried to get this but it doesn't work. I don't know how to set it up for gmail. Help!

	Well, you need to enter the POP3 server, username and password. The username and password should be known to you anyway, the POP3 server should be "pop.googlemail.com" (at least that works for me). So simply open Thunderbird, create a new POP3 email account, and follow the instructions.

	One pitfall: your username is [email protected], even if your email address is [email protected]. Or at least I think so. Try it, if it doesn't work any other way.

	^ sorry, didn't mean to be rude ... but for all this new open source software the best way to get help is google. You only need to make sure that the page you find is legitimate (in this case it should be either from Google Mail or Mozilla/Thunderbird).

	It wasn't rude, I should have used google a while ago. But I got it mostly figured out now.
