ham bread ,is a butterbread  with ham,bacon,green olives with red pimient,raisins.all in the bread like a roll.the surface is shiny or brilliant painted with white of eggs before coocking in the oven its traditional in christmas and hallaca that is like tamal enveloped with platano ,is a mix of yellow corn,chicken,meat,pig meat,olives.almond raisins,onion,potatos,carrots,eggs,chili,... and chicken salad that is chicken,potatos,carrots in mayonnaise..after i will eat sweet papaya,black cake of honey and almonds,and drink sparkling apple wine.
