For info, the additional tracks appear to come from the "More live in New York" album.

Yes - I have recognized this too. But there is also a totaly new song 'Medley' - the cover remains the same - very confusing ... A problem is that the reviews and votings only have a relationship to the former version ... Edited by Uwe Zickel - December 19 2006 at 14:22 |

I think it should in fact be added as a separate release.

Hmmmm ..... I think you'll find other sites reference it as the latest incarnation of "Live In New York". That is certainly how I view it. The problem only occurs because some of this material was released on a separate LP "More .... " for whatever reason. Had that not have been released then this additional material would simply have been "bonus".
Would it not be confusing to create a new entry, especially as it carries the same cover and title as the original? As for reviewers .... is this any different from the situation on many recent updates of old albums where bonus material is provided, often spilling over onto a second CD? When reviewing such things, the reviewer makes it clear the expanded version is being reviewed by referring to the extra tracks. For now, I have added further notation to the entries for both albums to make it a bit clearer. Edited by Joolz - December 19 2006 at 23:40 |

It's a tricky one Joolz. In this case, the new version has so many more tracks, plus one which has not appeared before, that it might be clearer if it was listed separately. Where albums are re-released with bonus tracks they shoudl not be listed separately. In this case though, I'd say all the tracks are an integral part of the package.
We have a number of entries on the site for 2 albums packaged together which are also listed separately (Klaatu, BJH, etc.)
I won't be upset either way though, as you say reviewers can always make it claer which version they are reviewing.
