There's an inaccuracy in her name (several times, including the very name of the group at the main page). It should be "Agnieszka".

Also, it seems that her surname contains a diacritic in it: Agnieszka Świta.

Their website spells it both ways, even on the same page   ..... I will email them to find out

Sorry .... but their website spells it the same as us ..... ie no diacritic

That's because they aren't from Poland.
Yes, you're right, logically -- since English has no diacritic in it, her name, while written in English, also has not to contain an accent above the "S".

OK, I see. Notice that I'm not insisting at all.
Simply, for me the spelling "Agneiszka" seems to be nonsense -- ask also the Poles. It doesn't matter, however, still she isn't bothered by that.
By the way, what is the overall policy in PA -- when the name of an artist or a group is written in their native language with diacritics (supposing, of course, that the basic alphabet is a Latin one) -- should it appear in PA as in English or as it is written in that particular language?
I'm asking because I have at least one such example (with other artist).

The site is an English language one, but we do of course respect the languages of the countries from which the band or artist originates. In practical terms, if there is an English version, it would be best to at least include it in the name, as it will then be found in searches.
Sorry to be a bit vague, it is not an issue which arises often, and is therefore probably best dealt with on an individual basis.

Personally, I would normally prefer to name and spell in an artist's own language, but it can cause problems. Take ÄLGARNAS TRÄGÅRD - if you type it into the Google search box without the accents then it simply doesn't find it
