Damn, Alucard beat me on this one, I had the answer all day but couldn't post it!! (yeah, that's what all say LOL)

This post is very special to me as it is my 1.000th, and I couldn't think of any other thread to post it to than the Progressive Rebus. Also it is my 200th puzzle (at least since I started counting them Wink). Celebrate with me, my friends Smile!

Okay, after this rather lenghty introduction Dead I would like to give you this puzzle, a song title:

"We've got to get in to get out"

Congrats on the 1,000th post, Guzzman! Clap

I think Progressive Rebus is by far the best place for you to get in such a milestone post Thumbs Up

Your puzzle would be from PFM ... Out On The Roundabout Question

And as you have probably noticed ... I managed to slip a puzzle in between your last and my Maxophone puzzle Wink

Pail = Pale Wink ... though I usually use the word "bucket" rather than "pail" to describe said item!
