On the left is Georges Grunblatt, no slouch in the hair department OR the mellotron, ARP, and VCS3 department

One helluva afro!

He's coming to Tokyo next week for two nights (with Merzbow and Yoshida Tatsuya)! 100 capacity venue an' I've left it late to get tickets. Should be sweet 'tho. Will report

^^^^ you leave me with nothing but jealousy, if only they realised there was a little country called Australia . Though I am looking forward to your always comical report of such matters.

cover

Is anyone acquainted with this masterpiece (and its' follow up 'Trance') ?

I've had this gem for over 20 years. Ex-Throbbing Gristle's Cosey (she of the nice-legs-shame-about-the-face and numerous art-terror show-all centrefolds and Carter (boyfriend)

Their first two are beyond essential. Would've bought the cd reissues of these but the packaging artwork offended my sensibility. Greatly

No need for jealously blackie. One beer at this place could finance a short vacation to the Gold Coast at a 3 star. Will smuggle Pernod surrupticiously

One of the greatest albums known to man, woman, or ant:

http://orbita.starmedia.com/~subhumans/grupos/throbbing_gristle/doa.jpg

Very extreme and very controversial thanks in no large part to the free calender with the initial run. Don't expect an easy ride

Yu, scarcely enough as I was reading this post I just happen to just have on a compilation of industrial and experimental works called "The Elephant Table Album" playing.  The second track just happen to be:

Chris and Cosey - Tears of Blood

But unfortunately I have not heard this album. Listening to all this early industrial it has become a little saddening to see have has happened to the genre over the years.

Mes amis, regardez la:

I am starting to be homesick... Next time I visit my fmily in France, I'll go to some record stores to look for these rarities and gems. I need a guide with me... I can think of several Frenchmen in here that can help... Alucard might be the man.

No worries avers! I wanna go to Collette in Paris and eat Salad Nicoise in Eze again. Also, there is a great record store in Ledru-Rollin/Bastille where the owner offers you Gitanes sans-filtre as you browse. Yellows the vynil a bit but great for us hard-core smokers

Sounds great to me.
My great-grandma used to lived there until she died. You know those old apartment buildings with the consierge and the huge entrance doors made of wood...

Very similar, yes.

My grandma (her daughter) is lving in the 16eme and my brother lived there too for several years after his army service (now he lives in Boston...). My wife phantasizes about going to live there for a couple of months, but I fear it is not what it used to be... Just ask Alucard.... My uncle and family in Paris keep telling me of the Parisian everyday life and it doesn't sound too jolly...

But we'll always have Paris...

It many not be my home but I'm missing Europe already, and it has only been 4 months since I came back Ouch

Firstly, anyone want to shed some light on who Haco are?

And second, I swear After Dinner were on our voting list (but apparently not), might have to make amends to that.
