Well I think Women are sometimes more open minded than blokes in some respects!!

Yes, we love some prog music but not exclusively so perhaps we don't enthuse about it as much as you fellas.

I love some kinds of prog but it has to be melodic and have some structure to it. Early Genesis is wonderful and I absolutley love the Strawbs, have any of you ever caught any of their acoustic shows? There is a brilliant new British prog/rock band called Strangefish who are great musicians and performers.

My favourite artist is John Young whose music can be described as having prog influences (well he used to be in Asia at one stage and also in the Fish band). And yes girls he is gorgeous

I thought it was the same guy... John Young is the one who played keyboard with Qango...  He's the one who Keith Emerson snuck on stage to replace... and gave Carl Palmer a little scare...  I understand Keith broke his keyboard also....

Actually I always thought Dave Kilminster was the cutest in Quango.  Actually I love him as long as he's not singing "Lucky Man"... and he knows it...

Me & Dave Kilminster...

Ahh yes I remember John telling me about the broken keyboard ;o) Sadly I never got to see any of the Qango gigs.

It seems you do know my hero and Greenslade are amazing with Dave and John on keyboards together, sadly they have not gigged in a while but I'm still hoping they can get it together soon.

In the meantime John is playing 3 solo gigs supporting a new Super Tramp tribute band called the Logical Trampers. The gigs are in Ilford, Bristol and Leeds so if any of you live near these areas, I would be only too pleased to pass on the details.

(Man, I've got to learn to not chew gum while people are taking pictures...)

Anyway, thanks Lynn.  I might be in England in Oct. or Nov.  It depends on certain people's schedules right now.  But Dave Kilminster will be here in the States Oct thru Dec. playing with Keith Emerson's band on the Scorpions tour.  I may go to some of those shows.. as long as I don't have to sit thru the Scorpions...
