I fear it was Ted-- he likes to shred beds in Szged and made it clear that if I sped he'd call the Feds, so I proceeded to de-med my head, and I'm quite gled. |

I hear Fred arrested Ted for alleged bigomy with Nedved's sled Rosebed whilst being wed to Szged's finest fed Gled who was meanwhile in Fred's unmade bed with vanilla from Manila.

Yes, but he fled to Merced where his young niece, a confirmed Deadhead, allowed him a bed and some wheat she had shred, all in return for a trip to Olmstead.

ARGH! I lost my row AND my minute. I blame Martin Barre; his solos BEG to be air guitared.

Olmstead is where Buckethead (of Praxis) met Ed the Dead of Merionedd (the twin town of Szged) and formed Fred Shed with Ted Undead the undead taker. Cred-wise they bled the streets red. Ted Undead is now dead (he ate some lead) and was replaced by Peter Blegvad who's not a relative of Vlad, but he does own a shed.

No, my stuff is endearing, so it's called "eccentric."

Ahh, the undead of Merionedd, always a dread but if properly thread through a didgerided, no problems should rise, 'cept the Disraeli fed. |

Can we perhaps shed this topic and move on to a new one. Gazebos for instance?

I agree, Neil - this is, after all, The Grey Room; a sanctuary for those 'of a certain age'.
How about a discussion of those things which ail the aging prog rocker; those bits of the body which whilst still working, may need a little attention occasionally, or even those parts of the body which are steadfastly refusing to behave... I'll not begin this discussion myself, but will join in once another "Grey" admits to those particularly exquisite inconveniences connected to age, thus not leaving only myself open to laughter & derisive pointing... |

yes this is a problem if you are celibate - and very embarrassing when dancing too close with your friend's wife!
(most wives feel very flattered, not offended, and just grin!)

Is that a shed key in your pocket, or are you just pleased to see me?
...it's a shed key, I'm afraid |

I just want to congratulate all who've posted in the last 2 pages . The humour has been priceless! I needed it today for it was a rotten day at work. I'm going to bed with a grin as wide as Fred's Red Shed .

ENGLAND — Garden Shed Review by mystic fred (Steve Trowbridge) COLLABORATOR Band Submissions To many this album, released in 1977 and reissued on digitally remastered CD dated 1997, could seem like a spoof of major early 70's Prog bands - most obviously Yes and Genesis (an early version of Genesis were called "The Garden Wall"), and snippets of Supertramp, Argent, ELP, Gentle Giant - you name 'em, they're all there lurking in the Garden Shed like some long forgotten albums! I'm surprised the aforementioned artists, especially Steve Hackett, didn't go rushing to their lawyers to sue for blatant style theft!! This is such an obscure album, though, but it's all done so brilliantly, and it's sooooo Prog! The sound quality is excellent, the songs are good, the cover is dead "jammy" (sorry i couldn't resist that!) - you have to like it! I like the sound of this album. Do you know where I can get it from Fred?
