Tough choice since there are too many good tracks on this masterpiece.
I vote for "Eyes of a stranger" which sums up all album feelings.

eyes of a stranger is good, but I think its between Suite Sister Mary, Operation: Mindcrime and maybe The Mission. I think its gonna be Operation: Mindcrime but I'm not quite decided yet

I really like the short, experimental songs near the end: Electric Requiem, Waitng for 22, My Empty Room.

In the context of the album "eyes of a stranger" is pure genius by recapping all the previous songs. Analyzed as separate songs, I agree that "Suite sister Mary" is (slightly) better.

Suite Sister Mary, although Operation: Mindcrime is close.

It's an amazing album - a masterpiece IMO, and it will be confirmed by most of the songs receiving votes.

Tough choice, but Eyes of a Stranger really stands out. But at the same time, it might be the one track which fits the least well among all the others. Still, it's a nice touch at the end of a remarkable album.
