I can't believe no-ne else has mentioned KC's "Easy Money", "The Talking Drum" and "Larks Tongues In Aspic part 2"!

For 4 in row I go for "Steppin' Out", "Science Gone Too Far", "Young, Fast, Scientific" and "Search and Destroy" from the Dictators "Manifest Destiny" album.

Three wonderful songs in a row (although not Prog) are The Wizard, Behind the Wall of Sleep and N.I.B. on Black Sabbath's debut.

Indeed the best trio. How could I possibly have forgotten it?

Continuing the VdGG theme;

Killer
House With No Door
The Emperor in His War Room

And then removing the V and the D, leaving GG;

A Cry for Everyone
Knots
The Boys in the Band

some ideas gathered in 5 minutes...

DT - Metropolis pt. II: scene 7, 8, 9 (ok, four and not three songs, but leaving out The Dance Of Ethernity is missing something)
agree also on: "Vacant", "Stream Of Consciousness" and "In The Name Of God"

I agree on Pink Floyd - Animals: Dogs, Pigs (three different ones), Sheep
but for PF - Wish You Were Here, I'd suggest: Have a Cigar, Wish You Were here, Shine On You Crazy Diamond 2

for PFM - Storia Di Un Minuto, I prefer Dove Quando parte 1, Dove Quando parte 2, La Carrozza Di Hans

Threshold - the art of reason, pressure, flags and footprints
and also: Goodbye Mother Earth, Voyager II, Sunrise On Mars

Jethro Tull - Beside MySelf, Wounded Old And Treacherous, At Last... Forever

Genesis - The Battle Of Epping Forest, After the Ordeal, The Cinema Show
or Mad Man Moon, Robbery Assault And Battery, Ripples

Semm che, semm che settà giò in del bar / a cercà l'universo nel bucèer del Cynar
cosmonauti al tavolino cun la sigareta in bùca / che vemm a cambià el mund apena finissum la sambuca

I agree with:

Have a Cigar, Wish You Were Here, Crazy Diamond 2

Minstrel, Cold Wind, Black Satin Dancer

Would like to add:

I Am the Sea, The Real Me, Quadrophenia

Songz from the Wood, Jack-in-thu-Green, Cup 'o Wonder

Would like to correct:

Red Brachetta, XYZ, Limelight (I'm stickin' up for the little guy)

Pigs, Sheep, Pigs on the Wing 2

Er, uh, Siberia Khatru, America (bonus track), Close to the Edge single version (bonus track)

Many options here, off the top of my head:
Porcupine Tree - Staircase Infinities:

Navigator
Rainy Taxi
Yellow Hedgerow DreamscapeClap

But I love the whole ep, and could have quoted the first three tracks instead:

Cloud Zero
The Joke's On You
NavigatorClap

Or The Flower Kings - Flower Power:

Psychedelic Postcard
Hudson River Sirens Call 1998
Magic PieClap

Or Genesis - The Lamb:

Lilywhite Lillith
The Waiting Room
AnywayClap

Or, again from The Lamb:

The Colony Of Slippermen
Ravine
The Light Dies Down On Broadway

These are just examples. There are many, many more!

As I'm currently listening to the album they're on, these three Led Zeppelin songs come to mind:

Heartbreaker
Living Loving Maid (She's Just a Woman)
Ramble On

Not Prog at all, but a good trio.
