Actually both, though I voted for cake... I'm better at making cakes than pies, but I used to be able to make a mean apple pie (not done so in years, alasUnhappy). I'm planning to resurrect my pie-making skills on behalf of a very special person in my life, though...Wink

How about a cake pie? I belive that they call it a Bakewell in Derbyshire
