You're good at that, too.

Why do you say that? I just try to forget you, that's you
who come on my thread.

Your review's list is simply frightening. About your additions i unfortunatly know the first, it doesn't make me want to know the second and i doesn't make me smile at all...
I created a separate thread about it - feel free to tell me which albums you find particularly dreadful.

I don't do much distinction at this level of mediocrity.
Or let's say i'm not connoisseur enough...sorry!

What exactly is mediocre about Kevin Gilbert - Shaming of the True? Sorry, but since you refuse to post this in the other thread, I'll post my response here.

Let’s come back to dietetic and health after this painful interlude. Here are a few more advices which are not related to the bloodgroup theory but complementary.

-Eat consciously. Eating consciously is almost as important as what you eat. Taking its time and concentrate on what you eat. Chewing well is very important as digestion begins in the mouth.

-Breakfast :
Avoid sugar at breakfast. Our pancreas is not ready to absorb sugar in the early morning and sugar is best assimilated later in the day. Fresh fruits and juices are to avoid in the morning cause there are too acid. Better go for dry fruits in the early morning, which contains slow sugar.

On this point, english/german people with their solid salty breakfast are saner than us french with the coffee/croissant/orange juice unhealthy breakfast.

-Biological products:

-Fruits and vegetables: preferably biological to avoid chemical fertilizers and pesticids as well as "ionisation" -which is simply irradiation which destroy all vitamins-, we must eat as much fruits and vegetables as possible, in harmony with our blood's group.
The best is to grow it when you have the luck to own a garden.

-Same for meat and eggs which must be biological to avoid hormons and antibiotics and by respect to the animals.
