    A question about The Residents may appear to be a question that will have no reasonable answer. But... ¿does anybody know what Kawa-Liga means?.

Kawa-Liga was a song written by Fred Rose & Hank Williams which appeared on Hank's album Jambalaya (On The Bayou).
 
Other than that, I have no idea.
