My favorite: H to He. Although some prefer Pawn Hearts, and Still Life is also great.Thumbs Up

From my point of view -- start with H To He, Who Am The Only One, The Least We Can Do Is Wave To Each Other (both -- from the "first generation"), Godbluff, and Still Life ("second generation"). I find other albums more difficult to get into (from the start, at least), incliding even Pawn Heart, which is considered a masterpiece by the majority.

...but it really doesn't matter too much from what to start as in the end you'll own all their albums...

Prawn Tarts....
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

Everything from Aerosol Grey Machine to Still life will work for you eventually. Higher points:

Pawn Hearts (Their most acomplished work).
Godbluff (Second more acomplished work).
The least we can do is wave to each other (A bit retro, but nice).

"H to He who Am the only one" is a great album to start getting into them. You could get Pawn Hearts ... but would you like to get their best/wierdest album from the start?

H to He. Then get Pawn Hearts and Godbluff.
Pawn Hearts can be overwhelming at times.
