Make Your Own Ayreon!

Well, after listening to THE by Ayreon, my friend and I were discussing who could possibly be on their next album. So, who do you think would sound good in Arjen's next work?

For me:

Maynard James Keenan
Steve Wilson
Cedric Bixler Zavala
Mike Patton
Thom Yorke and Matthew Bellamy- playing the same character
Daniel Gildenlow

I like that idea a lot actually, but you need a classic prog guy-maybe Robert Wyatt. I did it without classic prog people because Ayreon doesn't seem to work along those lines..however feel free to add whomever you wish

I'm actually really surprised that Roine Stolt hasn't been asked to guest.

Given the occasional screams/growls present in Ayreon albums, I've always thought it would be amusing to throw Anders from In Flames into the mix. I know they're not a prog band, but I just think his voice might be nifty in an Ayreon album.

I made this a long time ago for a thread on the DT.net forums. It was about Arjen (or someone) putting together a Rock-Opera type concept album based on Star Wars:



I don't like it so much now, but whatever. Also, I realize I spelt "Jordan Rudess" wrong. I was really tired when I made that.
