You might want to re-phrase the question; Does anyone think Celtic have a chance in this one?

Damn it wasn`t supposed to look like this! Real isn`t playing anything interesting! I hoped that under Capello`s lead the team will play at it`s best... What`s wrong with them? I never saw Cannavro make so many mistakes in one game!

Because he is paid well and he is their captain. Wink

Remember, the French League is overall stronger than the German League and right now probably just as good as the Italian Serie A (Juventus being relegated and a lot of teams being degraded)

I wouldn`t be so sure about that Flossy Wink Ok let`s take a look at Serie A first. After the relegation of Juve probably the best Italian team is Inter followed by Milan and Roma. That makes three really strong teams for this league. Now Bundesliga - here we have Bayern of course but Werder Bremen also has a very strong team and HSV Hamburg is also getting stronger every year. But Ligue 1 is a one team league. You have Lyon then nothing and then who? PSG? Olympic Marsille? Auxerre? None of these team are capable of reaching more then the group phase of CHL. Besides almost every good player leaves France as fast as he can.

The French league is not that strong overall. The most talented young players leave the country because big clubs buy them.

True! Wink Werder aren't that strong really. But it doesn't matter who leaves faster, it matters the overall quality of play. Look at the lower teams in the Bundensliga! Sleepy

Anyways, Portsmouth won again! which is great! Clap We need more than a couple of teams that dominate the English Premier League.

But if anyone is interested, tomorrow has 2 of the best matches yet.

First, Liverpool at Stamford Bridge, then we are playing ManTerminated United.

I think Chelsea will hold Liverpool and take at least one point, while I'm not so sure about the other. We are going to miss Henry surely and probably Van Persie, but Man U lost a very in-form Ryan Giggs. Oh well. I just want to see a good match, but I want to see something like in 03/04! WinkTongue
