please correct the name of the country
is F.Y.R.O.M. not Macedonia (for the ones who are familiar with history, Macedonia is a part of Greece)

*bursts out and then returns to reality*

England seems to get the results, that's good, the point in this games is to get the three points, even if you don't play good football

very good result for Brazil (beating Argentina again...) Clap

FOOTBALL? WHAT'S THAT? Embarrassed

OK! CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR BRAZILIAN NEIGHBORS...Approve

OUR TEAM PLAYED REALLY LIKE "A NATURAL DISASTER"...

1) I UNDERSTAND THE BRAZILIAN HAPINESS, BUT WHAT IS THIS ABOUT THE HAPPINESS OF A GREEK PRESTIGIOUS MEMBER OF THE FORUM, ON THIS MATTER? CAN ANYBODY EXPLAIN ME, PLEASE?...

2) AND WHAT ABOUT THAT PHRASE "BEATING ARGENTINA AGAIN..."?. COME ON, FOLKS, THAT'S NOT TRUE...

3) I HAVE GREEK FRIENDS IN MY COUNTRY. ALWAYS I THOUGHT THAT THE GREEKS WERE SYMPATHIZING WITH THE ARGENTINIANS... I SEE THAT IT IS NOT LIKE THAT (AT LEAST ABOUT FOOTBALL) . ANYHOW, I CONGRATULATE YOU FOR THE BASKETBALL WORLDCUP.

4 out of 4. Tongue

Next week it's Celtic and Arsenal. What a fantastic week it's going to be, not just because winning Arsenal is always nice, but also because Scholes and Rooney are finally back!

hey man, don't get me wrong!
I just remembered that Brazil have beaten Argentina in the confederations cup final, that's all

I sympathise both Brazil and Argentina as IMO are the two countries that are actually promoting football and produce the best players around the world.

But in any case, if a great team beats another great one you have to congratulate them

JUST KIDDING, MY FRIEND!

1- BRASIL-ARGENTINA IT IS A CLASSIC GAME, AND IS A REALITY THAT THEY HAVE MORE WORLDCUPS...

BUT THEY ARE THE Nş1 OPPONENT IN SOUTHAMERICA FOR OUR TEAM...

AND WE WON AT ITALY 90 (CANIGGIA'S GOAL), OR AT THE MARACANA (PIOJO LOPEZ GOAL), FOR EXAMPLE. AND IN THE PRELIMINARS OF THE LAST WORLD CUP WE WON AT RIVER PLATE STADIUM (I THINK THAT WAS 3-1, BUT NOT SURE..)

ALWAYS IT IS A SPECIAL PARTY(GAME)

AND AS LIKE IN MANY SPORTS, ALWAYS IT IS NECESSARY TO US A LITTLE TO REACH THE VICTORY, BUT WE STAY THERE NEARBY...

2- YOU SYMPATHISE WITH BOTH TEAMS? HEY, THAT'S GOOD, MAN!

AND IT'S COOL WHAT YOU SAID ABOUT OUR PLAYERS...

3- AND I HAVE TO CONGRATULATE YOU FOR THE BASKETBALL WORLDCUP TEAM PERFORMANCE.

NOT ONLY YOU WON TO THE DREAM TEAM, AND CAME TO THE FINAL MATCH...
YOU GAVE A REAL LESSON ABOUT HOW TO PLAY, WITH WORK AND TALENT.

YOUR TEAM RAN & ATTACKED, AND THEIR LIFE WAS PLAYED IN EVERY BALL AGAINST U.S.A.
REALLY SHOWED TO THE OTHER TEAMS EVERYTHING WHAT MUST DO TO WIN A GREAT TEAM LIKE U.S.A.!!!...

Grecia sorprende a EE.UU. y se cuela en la final

CONGRATULATIONS, MAN!

P.S.: DID YOU KNOW THAT GREECE IS ONE OF THE COUNTRIES THAT ALWAYS I WANTED TO KNOW? I'LL DO THAT WITH MY FAMILY SOME DAY!!!

Not unless we kick your ass at your own ground! Wink

I'm really worried though, especially drawing to Middlesborough. We screwed their asses last time at Highbury. I think other teams haven't found the Emirates as "challenging" as Highbury. Highbury was always a tough challenge. We need to "fortify" the Emirates more, but more or less we need to play better.

played well in attack but our defence was again terrible

Olympiakos - Valencia: 2-4
I could not believe how many mistakes we did in the defensive line...
