I will admit that Brann Dailor of Mastodon does one hell of a lot on a small kit though.Great drummer.

I once was at a Gong concert (the Pierre Moerlen version of it). His
drum kit was of reasonable size, as far as I remember; what immediately
caught the eye on the stage though was a huge gong tree with about 40
gongs of different sizes in it. Moerlen played on it at one point of
the concert, and it sounded really fascinating.

did you know that Carey flipped the coin and decided the drum kit seat rather than becoming a masonic high cleric ? so, his drum kit is set exactly according to the architecture of the Temple of Solomon...

i went with Portnoy because he has 2 kits side by side and moves back and forth between the 2 and he has a large kit on one side and a small John Bonham kit on the other.

Mike portnoy's kit are cool, of course. But There are better looking ones:
John Bonham, Led Zeppelin (Awesome colour!)
Bill Ward, Black Sabbath (His early kit. He had a alot bigger kit 73-78)
Dave Weckl, Dave Weckl band (Cool Drummer)
Ian Paice, Deep Purple (Great Drummer, Awesome Kit)
Keith Moon, The Who (Legendary Drummer)
Phil Collins, Genesis (and more) (Just Great)
And of course we have Thomas Lang and other one's kits that i couldn't find pictures of.
Well, my vote goes for Other->John Bonham

Man, a good drummer doesn't that. These are stupidelly overated drums played by stupidely overated drummers. That's all I got to says.
