Everythign being fast this days, the idea of actually enjoiyng very well developed food is getting lost. I just can't agree with that. Never seen a fast food store selling egg plant a la parmesana, wich is a total delight and a very fast cooking meal. As for the "Cooking with cuncuna" thread, I really think Baldjeane or Baldfriede are much more suitable for the task. I'm just an amateur who simply enjoys cooking tasty things, mostly for my girlfriend (who is very happy about it). You see, my plan all along was to turn her into a Rubens girl, since she already look like that.
The question: ¿what's next? ¿fast friendship (that actually doesn't sound that bad)¿fast sex? ¿fast love?.

Speed "prepare it yourself", and healthy food:
1 cup of natural Yoghurt (acid, sugarless or whatever the name maybe on your local market.
A boul of peas.
Half a tea spoonful of mustard.
1 tea spoonful of lemon skin, chopped in tiny bits.
Salt.
Boil the peas, not so much, trying to preserve that vivid green colour. Mix the rest of the ingredients (yoghurt, lemon skin, a touch of salt and the mustard), and add it to the peas.
The question: ¿would you try this?.

It is a nice combination. But remember: The Yoghurt must be "Natural"; just acid, not sweet. The same kind used on Keebabs. ¿Why people seem so affraid to taste things?
