It would have to be like this: A totally unknown band (for this country and even for myself); a band like Weidorje or Atari Teenage Riot (But the real dream would be William Shatner with Joe Satriani). The opening act: myself, shouting my also incredibly unknown Random Suburban Contemporary Poems (ĦTRANSCONTINENTAL CANARY!; ĦDEATH, DEATH, DEATH!, ĦTHICK CHICKEN SOAP WITH NO RIDDING HELIOTROPES!), with a DJ and throwing oysters to the auddience. I would love to just go and go with my act, with an acoustic guitar and the DJ, for like 3 hours, with the public locked inside. Then, William Shatner and Joe Satriani. I would die (probably there) as a happy man.

Forgot the "Where" part.
Even though I would'nt be able to attend the concert, they'd be performing in Pompeii where Pink Floyd filmed their Pompeii concert back in the early 70s

I saw Genesis (with and without Gabriel near here at Wings Stadium, Kalamazoo, which is not one of the better venues in terms of acoustics, but we had a great time anyway.

I saw Genesis there as well, and Peter Gabriel on the "Security" tour. Are you from Western Michigan?

On a different note, just saw that PRR and La Maschera di Cera are both confirmed for Nearfest 2007. Just those two make for a hell of a Lineup...

Never gonna happen, but:

support act: Porcupine Tree - coma divine tour
header: Ayreon - everyone from the human equation
and then everyone from the electric castle

location somewhere near my place

If I have to be more realistic: Pink Floyd: Gilmour, Wright, Mason AND Waters

Or is that even less likely to happen?LOL

Been there, seen it. And Gryphon blew Yes completely off stage. Even the die hard Yes fans wanted Gryphon to do the encore, so Yes called them all back and they played an encore together.

I have no chances to see my favourite bands if I continue living where I live, but I'll go with two ainactive bands - maudlin of the Well and In The Woods... I have a live bootleg of each though.

Van Der Graaf Generator and Gentle Giant would be interesting.

Yes and Banco del Mutuo Soccorso would be not bad either.
