I love bananas, but you can only get good peaches when they are in season. There is nothing like biting into a big juicy peach, and getting your face all messy.

I vote for peaches... the offer of bananas here is astonishing (that's why people from the civilized world call us "banana republics", ahem ).
The price difference is incredible. I saw one single water banana costing about USD 1.00 in London while here you can buy a dozen (yes, 12) of what we call golden bananas for USD 0.60 meaning 0.05 per unit. Water bananas are even cheaper.
