I voted for Obi-Wan Kenobi, he's like a cooler James Yeowell.
General Grievous has the most nostalgic and comedic value from the movies though. He'd be a solid choice.

I would have voted for Warwick W. Wicket (or is it Wicket W. Warwick) but he's not here so I voted for Chewie as well. I can do a good Chewie impression if anyone wants to hear it.

Boba Fett had all the coolest weapons.
The puppet Yoda from the old Series was cool too, the new CGI one sucks and's so fake.
