I'd like to have a sound like that dude playing echoes. Can someone give me clues. What I have to collect, which effect for my electric guitar? Please help! Thank you.

Sounds like you need a pedal that can deal with echo effects (or maybe delay) and some distortion. Other than that, that's a pretty simple guitar sound.

A big muff pedal and a delay pedal with maybe a second at least delay capability.

I think Gilmour relied quite heavily on a Italian Distrotion pedal at the time as well, forgot the name.
 
Muff will do just fine, add an eq pedal as well.
