Hey everyone,

I joined this forum quite a while ago, but never really got round to posting much. Anyway, my name is Gareth Thomas, and I'm a pro guitar player from the UK.

I finished recording my debut instrumental album, titled 'The Theory', in early January, and since then have been trying to get reviews of the CD, and generate some positive interest.

The style of music on the album is quite eclectic, combining influences from Blues, Classical, Ambient, Prog, and a little bit of good ol' Hard Rock to boot. Of the reviews the album has received, all of them have been very positive, which is hopefully a good thing, and some have even compared my music with bands like Pink Floyd, and Porcupine Tree. Big smile

If you would like to check out the music from the album, you can visit my website at www.garfomusic.com , there are clips of all the songs from ‘The Theory’, posted up at the ‘music section’ of my website. You can also get to reviews of the album too, via the 'news section' of my website.

I hope people enjoy the visit, and if anyone has any feedback about my music, I’d be pleased if they shared it with me.

Thanks for taking the time out to read this.

Many Regards,

Garfo.

Good job Garth, sounds like very well played and produced music. I personally wouldn't go for a whole album of instrumentals as I like singing too much, but I'm sure this would go down well with a lot of people here.

Cool Garfo!  I happen to love instrumental music (have my own instrumental CD) so will check out your music soon.  Good luck with your album!
