"Nemesis" just confused me. I'm not really sure where that idea came from (Remus? A Picard clone? Kill Data?) |
I thought Nemesis was the best Next Generation film. The action is without a doubt the best in it's class, and it was great to finally finally see the Romulans make an appearance in one of the films. I was absolutely thrilled when I went to theaters and saw that the Romulans were heavily involved in the film. |
Oh, yes. I was pleased to see that too, but why invent another race? Never heard of this before. The action was good, but the story was pretty contrived. And why kill Data? He is one of the best characters. I was hoping Riker would finally get axed.

Yeah, I agree. I hated Riker. Jonathan Frakes is just well lame. I think it's the end of Next Generation movies as we know it. I'd like to see a spin off movie featuring other characters who have moved on to different assignments. It would be interesting to say the least. A Deep Space Nine movie might be interesting too.

none of the odd-numbered films got ANY votes, hahahah. If any of you
are aware of the lore that there has NEVER been a "good" odd-numbered
Trek film. I disagree though: I loved them all except "Final Frontier".

I'm not a Trekkie or Trekker or whatever, saw te original William Shatner series in 1970 when passed here in Perú (Translated) but nothing like The Next Generation, Patrick Stewart is the best Captain IMHO.
William Shatner had to wait until Denny Crane to meet his best role.
My vote goes to First Contact.

Definitely Wrath of Khan, which is actually one of the best movies of all time in any genre. Followed by Voyage Home, Undiscovered Country and First Contact.
