I loved Supertramp when I was 4 years old (and I still love'em for some reason) And liked Divison Bell with Pink Floyd.

I loved King Crimson and Genesis at 10 too.

This thread is ironic as my two nephews were over the other day. I was listening to Gentle Giant's Free Hand (the track), and they were dancing around like little psychos to it. Brought a big smile to my face. They are age 6 and 4.

Well that's a strange fact - talking about young kids or women - while approaching to a kind of prog music They often go to a different place---probably a question of brainstorming, above all when They try to understand a so difficult music genre--- by getting crazy for some other stupid things, especially when They are tired!!

Talking about pets, when I was very young and often played the piano, my cat couldn't stand without listening to me, by hearing something very interesting for its ears...of course We can play romantic or symphonic prog without disturbing any pet; instead for instance such Zeuhl Music (think of Dun within their album "Eros" or some other complicated and too much brainstorming albums by Magma or Univers Zero...) can disturb any creature of the world, in some circumstances!!

It's also a question of humor!!
