Some useful info there... Probably the most detailed biog of Czeslaw Niemen I've seen online.
 
I'm surprised there's no mention of the Gentle Giant influence/covers that dominated FSB's first two albums though.

Although limited in scope in terms of years looked at D-E Asbjornssen's Scented Gardens From The Mind (Borderline books) does look into Eastern Europe during the 70's and 80's and from the few groups I am aware, this looks fairly complete
let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

Have you tried the 'pedia from Christmas? That's slightly more comprehensive.
