For me itīs Sister Mary Suite, I love the duet with Pamela Moore and Tate. I also like that sinister choir!LOL

Spreading the Disease" would be a close second, followed by Sister Mary Suite

Great album. Shame about the sequel, though. Ouch

Iīm actually starting to get into the sequel now. It takes a few listens because its more musically complex than Mindcrime 1, although Mindcrime 1 had better melodies.

Thw whole album is excellent through and through but ifr I were to have a favorite song I think I might go with:
 
1. Eyes of a Stranger
2. The Mission
3. Suite Sister Mary
4. Revolution Calling
5. Operation: Mindcrime
6. Breaking the Silence
