I cannot quite follow the logic why Chilean first class band EXSIMIO is categorised as Prog-related only. Okay, they are strongly influenced by KC, but what's wrong with it? Many other bands are copying the great seminal bands as well and are not listed in this category for that reason. Or is the reason that there are no Collab's reviews? If that is the reason, I'll listen more careful to it and try to submit one for their second album.
To be prog or not to be, that's not the question!

I don't know the band myself, but which sub-genre are you suggesting for them? Art-rock perhaps?

Yes, think Art Rock would fit best, since KC had been moved to this genre recently as well and they are pretty much influenced by them. Thanks again, Jimbo!
