Let's hear what your opinion is! My best pro-metal band is Dream Theater. At the second place Kamelot

Dream Theater and Ayreon are the only bands from this genre I can listen to. Sometimes Ayreon is questionable.

None of my favourite groups were featured on the poll, so I went ahead and voted for the least sucky one - Opeth that is. -- Ivan

I voted Opeth with Tool being a close second, Ayreon and Dream Theater are to over the top for me and not dark enough.

Dream Theater is still my favorite but Opeth is a close second.
Also enjoy Tool, Symphony X, Riverside, and Threshold, which is not on
the list.

Anathema is my favourite and therefor my personal best band. Although artists such as Dream Theater and Devin Townsend's solo stuff are musically seen maybe 'better', there's no emotion in their music. (Although there's humour in Devin's music
