Man, so many. If I had to post a condensed list:

1. Rothery's solo during the "Fallin' From The Moon" section from "The Great Escape"

2. The final 5 minutes of "The Great Nothing" from Spock's Beard's V

3. Neal Morse and Phil Keaggy's vocals on "The Cradle To The Grave" from One.

4. "12" from Neal Morse's ?

5. LaBrie's vocals on "Surrounded"

6. Marillion's "Fantastic Place" ("Say you understand me, and I will leave myself completely. Forgive me if I stare, but I can see the island behind your tired, troubled eyes.)

7. Lifeson's solo on "Limelight"

8. Hogarth's vocals on "Afraid Of Sunlight" (Pure magic)

9. The first few lines from Phil Collins on "Behind The Lines" (his drumming on "One For The Vines" could easily be on this list, too)

10. The finale on Marillion's "This Strange Engine"....hell, I could make a list on Marillion alone.

woah woah woah, woah woah woahhh, woah woah WOAHHHHHH
I can strangle a canary in a tin can and it would be really original, but that wouldn't save it from sounding like utter sh*t.

One of my most favorite moments is in King Crimson's 'Lizard'. The First part where Jon Anderson takes over on vocals. His voice suits the music perfectly, and the melody is stunning.

The new-agey part in the middle of "South Side of the Sky" always gets to me.
The small bass solo parts in "Tommy the Cat", especially after "Well I remember it as thought it were a meal ago..." Good stuff.
Dissonance; subtle harmonic dissonance
Contemplating and completing the negative space
Romantic symphonies left on the floodplains

Yes - Close to the Edge - 16:33

"On the hill we viewed the silence of the valley,
Called to witness cycles only of the past.
And we reach all this with movements in between the said remark
."

During that verse starting at 16:33, there is enough power and beauty packed within the vocal harmonies, melodies and lyrics to make my whole body numb. That right there is the greatest piece of music ever written, ever.
We got to pump the stuff to make us tough
from the heart
Its astart
What we need is awareness we cant get careless
Mental self defensive fitness
Make everybody see in order to fight the powers that be

I'll agree with anyone who says:"¡TOO MANY!". I can think of a couple right now: The end of "Harold the Barrel", The incredible piano intro on "Scherezade and other stories", a part of a Sigur Rós song from "Agaetis Byrjun that I'll never be able to writte/read, but it's there, believe me, the bagpipe on the second track of GYBE's "F#A# Infinity". And everytime Robert Wyatt's voice shine on every solo or colaboration album, except on Caravan albums, because those albums are crap or at least something that my tiny brain hasn't understand yet...
