I know it sounds emo, but I totally got sh*t-faced by this one girl today. It's a long story and I feel horrible.
So what do you guys listen to when your feeling blue?

If you want to hear somewhat spacey music you can get lost in I might suggest:
No-Man
Isildurs Bane
Talk Talk
Pink Floyd
Anekdoten
Harmonium
These are bands I frequent when I'm not happy.

We care, we care... let some time for us to wake up on the other side of the ocean...
IMO, listen to some good rock and roll reeeeally loud. Keep it simple.
Sorry.

In this situation I listen to Something Loud and discordant.
Although I prefer to get my guitar out and play the blues myself...

Once I had a Sweetheart from Joan Baez, to put it all in perspective.
One would could go for the obvious when you are feeling blue and play something really loud and agressive, SLAYER ? Does not work for me, I will play some Genesis, not to demanding. Gallagher and Robin Trower always do the trick to make me feel a bit better.

Sorry, not being "down with the kids" and being from England I don't really comprehend the colloquialisms employed in this post.
What does emo mean? In Britain being sh*t-faced means inebriated and I'm sure thats not what you intended to convey.
Please decipher.

emo is short for emotional, think of crappy music from people who say they want to die etc.
sh*t-faced probably means rejected.
