Is this a repackaging of one of those Classic Rock Productions DVDs? If so,
best avoid- their business practices have come under scrutiny, and
apparently the quality of their product isn't good either. So I hear.

If this something new, then I look forward to seeing it.

Caveat pro emptor!

(Buyer beware)

This upcoming release is put together by 'Classic Rock Legends' and let's just say their track record is absolutely brutal!

Their modus operandi is usually to get their hands on/purchase a rare piece of short video from a band's history/discography, create a 2-hour documentary on it and then market it into an "ultimate" review of said band with 'previously, unreleased and very rare footage' (read as: grainy, and poor bootleg video).

They have done this with many a band: Genesis, Floyd, Yes, etc etc.

Their productions are not condoned/sponsored by the bands in question, and the resultant quality is thus quite poor.

Don't say I didn't warn you!
Marmalade...I like marmalade.

Don't get taken for a ride. This is another Classic Rock Productions re-package. If the DVD were legit, it would be mentioned on the official Genesis and Peter Gabriel websites. It's not. Don't buy it!

This looks interesting, but I was under the impression there was very little quality footage from those years. I have the 'Inside Genesis - Gabriel years' DVD (Independant critical review), and the quality and commentary is awful. The Collins era edition is far better quality.
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

So it's a documentary with a couple of bad quality live clips, right? I already have the Genesis Live dvd so I guess I can do without this one. Cool cover though.
