Whats the longest time you have gone between purchasing (actually having it in your hands) and listening to it

i bought gentle giant, Power glory...., glass house, and jethro tulls heavy horses about a week ago and haven't even opened glass house or heavy horses yet....power glory is amazing though

I can't wait to listen to them....i mean get high

If I had a puppy I would name it Tessa so it would cooperate well.

and then you spin it and devour all the words on the packaging and if you love it , then it just keeps playing while 800 other cd`s sit on your shelf until one day you find another love and the cycle continues except for that exceptional moment when music trancends with an audio glimpse of immortality. That`s why when I see all the petty arguing about ratings"and your favorite sucks"and I hate Jetro Tull and this wads the first prog album     then I ask myself are these moaners listening to good prog rock or they just stroking a joke? Is kansas biblical? did Frank Zappa get high?Brain police? When does the goodness of the music stand on it`s own. When I rip off that Packaging and I spin that prog rock Excuse my terrible typing .

I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.
